1 teaspoon fine grain sea salt Ask a question about this ingredient
1 teaspoon garlic powder Ask a question about this ingredient
1 teaspoon onion powder Ask a question about this ingredient
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Ask a question about this ingredient
Mix all ingredients together and shape into 6 small patties. Heat a cast iron skillet or grill pan until hot and cook the patties until they are done. This is not a burger you serve rare, it should be only pink inside.

Joan, have you ever had a breakfast egg casserole with cornflakes? I had one in a hotel in Chicago some years ago. The restaurant in the hotel no longer serves this recipe and I haven't been able to locate it. Have saved five of your recipes, love them!! Keep us posted on the memoir.
