1/3 cup Blue cheese (we used Moody Blue, Danish Blue is also a good substitute) Ask a question about this ingredient

Preheat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet with foil. Place strips of bacon on sheet. Place sheet in oven and let cook until crispy. Let bacon cool on paper towels. Dice.
Ask a question about this stepMix ground beef, diced bacon, crumbled blue cheese, salt and pepper. Let mixture rest for at least 30 min. or overnight in refrigerator.

The cheese and the bacon are added to the ground beef, mix well and form your burger patties.
Often times when we make this recipe we don't use condiments because there is a lot of flavor and juiciness in the burger. If you would like to add condiments you can... you can add your favorite ones :)
Hey!!! when do you add the cheese...the bacon...no condiments?
