Snack food genius! A great way to eat your greens, these kale chips stand out from the rest thanks to a simple single ingredient: cider vinegar. It gives these veggie crisps a nice tang that balances kale's bold flavor.

Serves 4
  • 1 bunch kale, washed, dried & torn into 2" pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • salt
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Whisk oil and vinegar. Toss kale in the dressing until thoroughly coated.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place kale in a single layer and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Bake until crispy, about 10-12 minutes.

i made this the other week...and they came out great! i only used a light amount of oil, no vinegar, and a light dusting of the salt. they're great straight out of the oven, but don't stay crisp until the next day :C but thanks for an awesome way for me to eat my greens!

This looks very inviting. I had a deep-fried kale garnish at a local restaurant that was tasty. Your recipe sounds easier and much more healthy. Thumbs up!
