This is my most favorite snack - I make it many times a week (sometimes a day) and my kids are HOOKED. Thank you!!
Here is another snack recipe a "Peanut Butter Banana Shake" that you will love. It is high in protein so if you are on a high protein diet like the 17 day diet it is a perfect meal for breakfast or a tasty snack.

This has become a favorite new snack at our house - never tried them with apple cider vinegar, though. They really taste like potato chips to me...

i made this the other week...and they came out great! i only used a light amount of oil, no vinegar, and a light dusting of the salt. they're great straight out of the oven, but don't stay crisp until the next day :C but thanks for an awesome way for me to eat my greens!
Oh Yay! I've made these before and loved them but thought they might be missing something..I looks like that something is vinegar, trying these as soon I i can dig myslef out of the snow and locate some kale.
I'm on the hunt for healthy snacks that still make me feel like I'm indulging. I'm definitely trying this one! Looks great!
This looks very inviting. I had a deep-fried kale garnish at a local restaurant that was tasty. Your recipe sounds easier and much more healthy. Thumbs up!

These are wonderful! I flavored several batches as follows (all had either olive oil or sprayed on butter flavor oil) - curry powder (didn't like); cheese powder - the kind you sprinkle on popcorn (yummy); just salt (also yummy) and lastly, no oil and just a little lemon juice sprinkled on - great! And fat free too! Just don't over-do the lemon. If you have leftovers, they keep best in a vacuum sealed canister rather than a poly bag.
