Serves 4

4 breasts of chicken, boneless & skinless Ask a question about this ingredient

2 cups mozzerella cheese, shredded Ask a question about this ingredient

4-5 sprigs fresh basil, chopped (per breast) Ask a question about this ingredient

several pats garlic butter (per breast) Ask a question about this ingredient

salt to taste Ask a question about this ingredient

pepper to taste Ask a question about this ingredient

  1. Butterfly your breasts

  2. Add basil, cheese, garlic butter, salt & pepper to inside of breasts

  3. Close breasts back together and secure by threading a wooden skewer through it

  4. Grill breasts until done

  5. Add a little more cheese & basil to the tops and melt
