Creamy Basil Dip with Honey, Lemon, and Goat Cheese

    AppleAnnie's Notes:

    The basil, honey, and lemon flavors blend well with the tang of fresh goat cheese. It makes a great salad dressing as well as a dip for fresh, crisp veggies.

Serves 4

  1. Blend all the ingredients except the basil until smooth and creamy. (A mini-prep works fine for this amount.)

  2. Add the fresh basil and blend again until basil shreds are evenly distributed.
