Grilled Nectarine, Gorgonzola, Basil & Pine Nut Pizza

Serves 4

  1. Make your favorite Pizza Dough and spread out on pizza stone. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

  2. Halve Nectarines and Brush with Olive Oil.

  3. Grill Nectarines on both sides for a couple of minutes per side.

  4. Once slightly cooled, slice Nectarines and arrange on Pizza Crust.

  5. Top Nectarines with Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese.

  6. Toast Pine Nuts in a small skillet over medium heat. Shake the pan every 30 seconds until browned and immediately remove from pan. Once cooled, sprinkle over Gorgonzola Cheese.

  7. Drizzle Honey over the Pizza

  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until Pizza Crust is to desired done-ness.

  9. Arrange slivered Basil all over Pizza.

  10. Allow Pizza to cool slightly, slice & serve.
