Preheat oven to 350
Ask a question about this stepSpray frying pan with non-stick spray, season chicken and sautee with green peppers, onions, and garlic clove (if applicable) on medium heat until chicken is just done (do not overcook). Set to the side to cool.

Ask a question about this stepWhen I first read this I didn't see the word "quiche" on the second line. So I only read "mozzarella crustless chicken" and immediately thougth of that monstrosity KFC is making now where the chicken breast flank the cheese!
Upon second reading, your recipe strikes me as MUCH more appetizing.

@ Cheese1227, LOL!! When I first saw that commercial, I thought to myself, KFC just made a cardiac arrest sandwich!!! There is nothing appealing about that menu option. Thank you!!
