20 Grape Tomatoes (sliced) Ask a question about this ingredient
8-10 Olives (Your favorite, sliced) Ask a question about this ingredient
4 Basil Leaves (fresh, chopped) Ask a question about this ingredient
2-3 tablespoons Olive Oil Ask a question about this ingredient
1-2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar Ask a question about this ingredient
1 Hot Pepper (optional, diced) Ask a question about this ingredient
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt Ask a question about this ingredient
Slice cucumber lengthwise into 4 sections, then chop slices about 1/4 inch thick. Slice grape tomatoes into 3-4 slices each. Slice olives into 3-5 pieces each. Mix above ingredients, then add chopped basil, olive oil, vinegar, and sea salt. Mix gently and enjoy.

Absolutely love this. We practically live on cucumber and cherry/grape/pearl tomato salads, all summer, and beyond (as long as we can get local tomatoes) . . . this is going to be a favorite.
