Serves 6

  1. Cut the leaves off of the strawberries and put 2/3 of them in a blender with all remaining ingredients. Puree until smooth and well combined.

  2. Dice remaining strawberries and sprinkle with a little sugar.

  3. Divide diced strawberries among popsicle molds, then pour in contents of blender. Place in freezer for one hour.

  4. Remove popsicles from freezer and insert the handle of your choice (chopsticks, bamboo skewers, plastic knives, actual popsicle sticks, etc.). Freeze overnight.

  5. To enjoy popsicles, run containers under hot water for about 30 seconds until you can easily pull the popsicle loose from the mold by its handle.

Ooh! This sounds fantastic. I love popsicles that have "adult" flavors and some kick.
