1 can Coke or plain cola Ask a question about this ingredient

Place crockpot under high setting and add pork shoulder, garlic, onion, jalapeno, and enough chicken stock to come up half way on the pork. Let sit in crockpot at high for about 1 hour.

These were juicy and delicous. Using the crockpot was a great way to make the the pulled pork. It made the house smell good and its nice to leave it on during the day while at work. I cooked extra pork, and shredded & separated it to use in another dish later this week. The cola sauce was a nice change from regular bbq. I'll definitely make this again!
