Serves 8

2 Pints Strawberries – Quartered Ask a question about this ingredient

3-4 tablespoons Sugar Ask a question about this ingredient

1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar Ask a question about this ingredient

1/2 Orange Zest – Peeled with a knife in large strips Ask a question about this ingredient

1/2 Lemon Zest – Peeled with a knife in large strips Ask a question about this ingredient

pinches Salt Ask a question about this ingredient

pinches Ground Black Pepper Ask a question about this ingredient

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The longer it sits the better it tastes. Serve over ice cream or on it’s own. Remove the orange and lemon peel before serving.
