The Internet Cooking Princess's Notes: I love elderflower martinis - with a passion. But, I'm not afraid to admit they get the best of me at times. Obviously, the elderflower water isn't to blame, so I found another way to enjoy...

It occurred to me as I was making one of these for myself after work that when I say Elderflower water, what I am actually meaning to refer to is Elderflower juice. (I.e. Sweetner is involved!) I use Belvoir Fruit Farms Elderflower Presse. (I've found at larger grocery stores...and also World Market.)

Have you tried that new elderflower liquor?? Mixed with prosecco?? If not, you should.

I have heard of it but not tried it. I have quite a fondess for prosecco...that combo sounds like it could be my Achilles' heel.
