2 tablespoons pink grapefruit juice cocktail (you can substitute fresh pink grapefruit juice for a drier drink) Ask a question about this ingredient

2 tablespoons elderflower syrup, or elderflower drink concentrate Ask a question about this ingredient

5 ounces Viognier white wine Ask a question about this ingredient

  1. In a wine glass, combine elderflower and grapefruit juice. Add chilled wine. Stir gently, and enjoy.

I'm with them re kir...Would elderberry cordial work? I have some and will try it. BevMo sells it.

Liz -- elderflower and elderberry are different flavors, but an elderflower cordial would work. Another thing that would work if you can't find the cordial is an elderflower liqueur, like St. Germain.
