1 italian ( sometimes called cuban) green pepper, finely chopped Ask a question about this ingredient
1 teaspoon dried marjoram Ask a question about this ingredient
1 pound ground beef Ask a question about this ingredient
1 pound ground veal Ask a question about this ingredient
3/4 cups breadcrumbs Ask a question about this ingredient

In a small bowl mix all the first set of ingredient's together for the "homemade spicy tomato ketchup" and set aside

Really like the homemade glaze . . . . I can easily buy June Taylor's ketchup (really, really tasty, by the way) so I usually have it on hand. It's nice to have a backup though, not to mention that you've added all those yummy flavors to your sauce. Very nicely done!!
June Taylor makes a mean ketchup but at $14 it's a bit excessive.
