Serves 4-6

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Sauté onions, carrots, and garlic over medium heat until the vegetables of soft and translucent. Remember to add salt and pepper. (Should take about 5-7 minutes).

  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, and sausage (remove casing). Make sure to salt and pepper the meat. Add the rest of the ingredients, 1 extra large egg, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and oatmeal.

  4. Once the vegetables are cooked, let them cool, and add to the meatloaf mix.

  5. Use hands to combine all ingredients. Make sure not to over work the meat. If using a loaf pan, make sure to butter or grease the pan. I use a large dish and just form the meat into a loaf shape.

  6. Into the 375 degrees oven for 45- 50 minutes.
