Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Ask a question about this stepSauté onions, carrots, and garlic over medium heat until the vegetables of soft and translucent. Remember to add salt and pepper. (Should take about 5-7 minutes).
Ask a question about this stepIn a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, and sausage (remove casing). Make sure to salt and pepper the meat. Add the rest of the ingredients, 1 extra large egg, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and oatmeal.
Ask a question about this stepOnce the vegetables are cooked, let them cool, and add to the meatloaf mix.
Ask a question about this stepUse hands to combine all ingredients. Make sure not to over work the meat. If using a loaf pan, make sure to butter or grease the pan. I use a large dish and just form the meat into a loaf shape.
