Divide sliced strawberries evenly among two martini glasses. Set aside.
Ask a question about this stepIn a large metal or glass bowl, vigorously whisk 2 large egg yolks, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 2 tablespoons sweet Marsala wine until combined. Place the bowl over a saucepan filled with 1-2 inches of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Continue to whisk until doubled in volume and thick, about 4-5 minutes. Spoon over berries. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
Ask a question about this stepI really love zabaglione desserts. With strawberries just starting to show up at my local stores, I'm adding this to the list of things I want to cook. It looks so delicious!
