Cut the bread into half inch cubes and fry with chopped onion, butter or smoked bacon. I recommend using old bread since it will be much easier to shape into cubes for frying.
Ask a question about this stepIn a bowl mix the eggs with milk and a good pinch of salt. Now pour it over fried bread and leave to absorb the liquids.
