Serves makes about 3/4 cup

1/2 cup rice wine vinegar Ask the

1 bunch fresh cilantro (finely chopped) Ask the

1 jalepeno pepper (seeded and finely diced) Ask the

1 shallot (finely diced) Ask the

Juice of 1 lime Ask the

  1. Put all the ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously. Spoon a little on each oyster just before you eat it.

Your combination of vinegar, lime, pepper, and cilantro, with a bit of the sea, sounds so nice and refreshing!
