Serves 2

1 head broccoli, cut into florets Ask a question about this ingredient

1 large shallot, sliced into thin rings Ask a question about this ingredient

1 handful yellow raisins Ask a question about this ingredient

3 tablespoons olive oil Ask a question about this ingredient

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Toss all ingredients together in a glass baking dish.
