Measure out the chili powder, oregano, cumin and minced garlic clove. Set the spices aside.
Ask a question about this stepPour the 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a medium sized pot over medium heat.
Ask a question about this stepChop the onion and put into the oiled pot when the oil is hot. Saute until the onions are translucent. About 5 minutes.
