I swear I added it thru the website correctly.... oh well- it is below if you are interested. It's very easy!

Almost Texas Chili

Ingredients:
2.5 lb lean ground turkey (I get this from Costco)
1 large white or yellow onion- diced (I like Vidalia onions but whatever you have works)
2 cans Rotel tomatoes (original or hot if you like your chili really spicy)
1 tsp. Cumin
1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Chili powder
1 can tomato paste
2/3 C. Tomato juice
Sharp cheddar cheese- shredded for topping
Sour cream or plain greek yogurt for topping

Directions-
In a large pan brown the turkey meat and drain off any fat. Do not rinse the meat just pour any extra fat out of the pan. You shouldn’t have that much really. Return the pan to the stove and add the onions to the meat. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes and then add the rest of the ingredients. There’s no particular order to it, just throw them all in the pot. Then let simmer for 20 or 30 minutes or so, stirring as needed. Then serve and top with shredded cheese and a little dollop of sour cream. Ta-da!
That’s it, this is sooo easy and yet sooo good!
If you want to use ground chuck or ground sirloin you can in place of the ground turkey. But I would then brown the meat and rinse it to get rid of excess fat. My husband says it’s not real Texas chili because I use ground turkey instead of “real red meat” but he didn’t notice the difference at all the first 3 times I made it for him… ha! 
