Wash the fresh Salmon pieces thoroughly. Place in a baking dish skin side down. Sprinkle the lemon juice, pinch of salt, chili flakes, little crushed garlic on top of the salmon and drizzle some vegetable oil on it. Preheat the oven 400 degrees, and bake the salmon for exactly 20 mins. Use the broiler if you want to crisp the top of the salmon for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Ask a question about this stepFor the mushrooms, clean them and discard the stems and cut them into thin slices. In a non stick pan, add a few drops of oil/smart balance butter and add crushed garlic to the hot pan, and when they get a little brown add the mushroom slices. Remember not to crowd the pan. Add a teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce and some pepper on the mushrooms and allow for the liquid to cook off some while still moist. Serve with salmon that you have just baked.
