Makes 48 mini-size cookies

  1. In a small bowl, sift together the flour, soda and salt – set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, with a hand mixer, mix the wet ingredients thoroughly.

  3. Stir in and incorporate the reserved flour mixture.

  4. Stir in the peanuts, cranberries, cereal, coconut and chocolate chips.

  5. Drop one heaping teaspoon full on a greased cookie sheet.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Cookies will look golden, darker around the edge.

  7. Let cool on a rack, they will crisp as they cool.
