12 ounces semi sweet chocolate pieces or chips (I used Guittard) Ask a question about this ingredient

1 1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts Ask a question about this ingredient
In a large pot add the sugar, sweetened condensed milk, water and butter. Stir until the mixture boils and makes a soft ball when dropped in a glass of water.(this happens rather quickly)

Ask a question about this stepQuickly beat the chocolate and the marshmallows into the mixture until they have dissolved completely. Then add the walnuts and mix thoroughly.
