PREP: Preheat the oven to 350. Butter a glass baking dish.
Ask a question about this stepMIX: In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and beat to combine. Add grated potatoes, milk, brandy, molasses, spices, salt and orange zest. Stir until combined.
