    This cranberry sauce is sweetened with apple cider and a touch of maple syrup, rather than conventional sugar, for a healthier but flavorful Thanksgiving condiment.

Serves 6

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan and bring to a boil over medium high heat.

  2. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Berries will pop and burst.

I,too, like that you put those three together. It would be nice with some pumpkin biscuits. I was wondering if you have ever tried canning it?

Cranberries, apple cider, and maple? They're all of my favorite New England flavors.
