Expand2 pounds red, yellow, orange Swiss chard Ask a question about this ingredient

Heat the oil in a large nonstick pan; add the garlic cloves and cook gently for about 3-4 minutes
Ask a question about this stepMeanwhile, rinse the chard thoroughly and shake off excess water. Cut the leaves into strips and slice the stems thinly.
Ask a question about this stepAdd the chard to the pan in stages, then stir in the ginger and cook until tender, maybe 5-7 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Resist the temptation to sprinkle cheese on it and serve forth.

Love this! We are totally on the same wavelength with our greens this week...I made a "gratin" of sorts with kale and fresh ginger.
Nice combination I think the chard and ginger are wonderful together.
