Serves 6-8

  1. rinse the cranberries and remove any stems. peel the orange and place the cranberries, the whole orange and half of the orange peel in the bowl of a food processor. blend until the mixture looks like a relish. refrigerate for at least 24 hours. taste for desired level of sweetness, add more sugar if necessary.
