Preheat the oven to 350°F. Generously butter an 8-inch cast iron skillet. Lightly coat the butter with flour.

Thanks, everyone. Like all my other baking endeavors, it's pretty easy and still something I can hold my head up high about--unlike some desserts I've attempted! And this summer--like last--has been so cold it's actually nice to bake something.
