Pre-heat your oven to 375 and have the rack in the middle. On the lower rack, have a Silpat-lined sheet to catch any dribbles.
Ask a question about this stepPlace peaches in a greased or sprayed 8 X 8 baking dish--I use Pyrex. Sprinkle lemon juice over all.

Thanks! I hesitated to post this because it is so basic. But we love it and I really do think the topping sets it apart. Sometimes I put some cinnamon in the crust, as well.
