    Tamar Genger's Notes:

    To be honest, I am not a honey cake fan, but this recipe passed down from my mom from her mom is really good and so easy by kids can make it. I think the secret is the coffee.

Serves 8

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a well greased and floured loaf or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from pan and serving.
