1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Ask a question about this ingredient
1 cup soft honey Ask a question about this ingredient
1 cup strong coffee (it can be decaf) Ask a question about this ingredient
2 teaspoons baking powder Ask a question about this ingredient
2 cups flour Ask a question about this ingredient
1 cup nuts and/or chocolate chips (optional) Ask a question about this ingredient
Combine all ingredients and pour into a well greased and floured loaf or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from pan and serving.
