WinnieAb's Notes: I am not a big fan of beer, but if it's blended into a milkshake, I'm an instant convert. This would be fantastic with homemade coffee ice cream, but in a pinch you can use any premium brand...

Sounds tasty, but I don't think I would classify it as a "cocktail". Aside from being a shake, it's lacking a liquor (key to the whole cocktail idea).

A beer milkshake is something that I have never, ever thought of, but now it looks so appealing I can't wait to try it!

I was just saying to my husband that I'd love to make a beer milkshake. Had heard about it at tailgating. I was going to use vanilla ice cream, but coffee sounds much better!
