Bring water to a boil.

Heat olive oil in a large sautee pan over medium high heat.

Trying this for dinner tonight - going to change it up a bit with an add of smoked sea salt and parmesan... maybe grill the peppers... guess I am in a smoky mood, perhaps I should put on eye shadow before I cook! ;)
