ExpandCoconut Paste - 1 cup Ask a question about this ingredient
Peanut Butter- 1/2 cup Ask a question about this ingredient
Red Chili Powder- 1/2 teaspoon Ask a question about this ingredient
Black Mustard Seeds- few Ask a question about this ingredient
Oil- 2 tablespoons Ask a question about this ingredient
Salt- to taste Ask a question about this ingredient
Coconut Water 1/2 cup Ask a question about this ingredient
Combine all the ingredients except (mustard seeds & oil) With your hand blender until you get a smooth paste.
Ask a question about this stepHeat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds when it spluttered ,
Ask a question about this stepPour the paste into the pan, mix well turn off the flame
Ask a question about this stepServe hot.

Sagegreen Put the grated coconut in the blender, add little water or coconut water to make a fine paste
Coconut paste and coconut milk are two different things. Food recipes that use coconut milk cannot be made with coconut cream or paste and vice verse.

I love dosas, and over 100 varieties is very impressive! When you say coconut paste, what exactly is that? I am familiar with coconut milk, but is the paste different?
