Serves 5

  1. Combine all the ingredients except (mustard seeds & oil) With your hand blender until you get a smooth paste.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds when it spluttered ,

  3. Pour the paste into the pan, mix well turn off the flame

Sagegreen Put the grated coconut in the blender, add little water or coconut water to make a fine paste
Coconut paste and coconut milk are two different things. Food recipes that use coconut milk cannot be made with coconut cream or paste and vice verse.

I love dosas, and over 100 varieties is very impressive! When you say coconut paste, what exactly is that? I am familiar with coconut milk, but is the paste different?
