Serves 8

  1. Whiak egg whites in the bowl of a stand mixer using the whisk attachment on medium-high speed. Slowly add sugar, and beat until soft peaks form, about 3 to 4 minutes.

  2. Add in cream of tartar, vanilla and salt. Whisk on high speed. Creme is done when it’s glossy and holding stiff peaks.

  3. Dip and swirl a strawberry into crème. Using a blowtorch, brown crème as desired. Place on serving plate (or in mouth!) and serve immediately.

  4. OPTIONAL: Serve with crushed Oreo or chocolate chip cookies, Nilla wafers, nuts, etc. You can also drizzle caramel or chocolate sauce over them right before serving.
