Expand6 cups ripe Hami or other melon Ask a question about this ingredient

15 fresh mint leaves Ask a question about this ingredient
Blend all ingredients until very smooth. Chill.

2 parts fresh lime juice Ask a question about this ingredient
2 parts white rum Ask a question about this ingredient
2 ice cubes Ask a question about this ingredient
1 sprig fresh mint for garnish Ask a question about this ingredient
Blend the soup, rum and ice cubes until the latter are crushed. Pour into a tall glass, add 2 more ice cubes and garnish with mint. Roll on, summer!
