Bogre's Notes: I work weekends at the rooftop bar of a U Street-area club in DC. It can get pretty sauna-like up there, and I've found myself sipping on these while cleaning up and counting tips at the end...

Makes 1 pint-sized cocktail

  1. Put some ice in a shaker. Add the vodkas, the soco, and squeeze the juice from the wedges. Throw those in, too. Shake vigorously. Fill a pint glass with fresh ice. Strain the shaker mixture over. It should fill the glass about halfway, maybe a little more if you're a heavy pour. (One ounce, for me, is a two-count with a speed pour, so a half ounce would be a one-count.) Fill to the top with water. Stir, garnish with a lemon wedge, and sip while sitting poolside.

Love the name! Having once had Long Island iced tea without knowing the ingredients, this sounds more manageable!
