sdebrango thank you I just corrected that is Lamp but you can also use beef .In kerala we use coconut milk as required like you use salt and pepper better add 1/2 cup coconut milk

Thank you for posting this I love this soup. I have a couple of questions when you say beef in step 3 do you mean lamb? Also how much coconut milk. Thanks I saved and plan on making this when the weather cools down a bit,
