I made this for dinner this week and it was absolutely delightful! One note is that if you are using a boneless pork roast, you won't need to cook it for quite so long. I initially seared the boneless roast in a 450 (F) oven for about 20 minutes and then lowered the heat to 325 (F) and cooked it for another 45 minutes or so. It came out really juicy and fully flavored.
