Ask a question about this stepThanks, Sagegreen! I always freeze my bananas as well. My mom used to do it for banana bread too. Looking forward to seeing your coffee lassi!

This sounds great! So easy to do. I always freeze my leftover bananas. Yesterday I started a batch of coffee ice cubes for a coffee lassi idea. This morning I decided to add a fresh banana to it. I had not thought of the frozen banana idea for it!
