Serves 2

  1. Put all ingredients into the blender and let sit for about 5 minutes. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a floater of rum or espresso liqueur for something special.

This sounds great! So easy to do. I always freeze my leftover bananas. Yesterday I started a batch of coffee ice cubes for a coffee lassi idea. This morning I decided to add a fresh banana to it. I had not thought of the frozen banana idea for it!
