Defrost and warm on stove or in chafing dish any frozen fresh fruit or frozen cooked fruit from last summer, such as mixed berries, cherries, pears, peaches, etc. Add cognac, brandy, grand marnier, cointreau, etc. or a mix. With a long match light on fire. Serve over ice cream, frozen yoghurt, Greek yoghurt, pound cake, etc.
