Ask a question about this stepI love roasted cauliflower! I made a version last night inspired by Stephanie Izard's dish at the Girl and the Goat in Chicago. Roasted cauliflower with toasted pine nuts, panko bread crumbs, fresh mint and pickled peppers. It was truly amazing!
