For the Pate Brisee. Combine everything in a stand mixer and gradually add teaspoons of heavy cream one at a time. Mix for about 2-4 minutes until it holds together
Ask a question about this stepFlatten the dough into a disk. Flour a clean work surface and roll the dough out with a rolling pin. Makes enough for a 11 inch pie or tart pan.
