Makes 1 Pie-Sized Tart

  1. Combine Flour, Sugar and Salt in bowl. Mix Oil and Milk well. Add to Flour Mixture till crumble. Press into tart pan and up sides. Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

  2. Mix Cream Cheese and Powdered Sugar until completely mixed. Add Whipped Cream and fold thoroughly. When crust is done/cooled, put a layer of the mixture onto crust. Put a layer of blueberries, sliced strawberries and sliced kiwi on top of the mixture in a pretty pattern. Cool in Fridge and serve.
