    aujourdhui's Notes: This came verbally from a dear canadien friend....he called it 'peasant sugar pie' ...it is so easy...so rich...so good! There are probably as many recipes for 'sugar pie' as there are maple...

  1. Into the uncooked pie crust, sprinkle brown sugar (1/2 c)...do not pat down.
