With a small bit of substitution for the butter the tart is parve. Would you mind if I post it on my blog when I make it, giving you credit of course? If not, no problem, I'll just make it for us to enjoy.

This looks beautiful! and the combination of so many fragrant ingredients sounds wonderful...it almost makes me think of an elegant perfume, although I'm sure this is much more delicious!

ooh, I'd want a saffron-orange blossom perfume... It is fragrant, but surprisingly not overwhelming. My boyfriend hates perfumey foods but he goes for seconds and thirds when I make this tart.

Wow! This sounds amazing! I love Sherine Polo so I can't wait to try this.

So it's parve? :) Nice info on your blog pantry, btw.
