Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Ask a question about this stepLightly spray a tart pan with non-stick spray (or use a non-stick pan), drape the puff pastry dough over the tart pan and gently push it down and into the sides of the pan.
Ask a question about this stepCombine the meat, veggies, and seasonings in a bowl and toss to coat.
Ask a question about this stepPile the meat and veggie mixture into the puff pastry dough in the tart pan and dot with the cold, cubed butter.

Ask a question about this stepPlace the tart pan in the oven on a cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes, or until veggies are tender.
