Preheat oven to 350* F. Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the rest of the crust ingredients, and mix just until the dough is combined and crumbly, but holds together. Lightly coat tart pan with cooking spray. Press dough onto bottom and up the sides of the pan. Set aside..
