In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the flour, salt and sugar.
Ask a question about this stepUsing a fork, work in the butter. Add the vinegar. Mix until a ball of dough forms.
Ask a question about this stepUsing your hands, press the crust into the tart pan and set aside.
Ask a question about this stepPreheat oven to 350 degrees while you assemble the filling.

Peel, core and slice the apples. Place in a large bowl. Add the orange zest and juice. Mix well.

Ask a question about this stepArrange the apples inside the crust. You will have two generous layers of fruit.
Ask a question about this stepHeat the marmalade slightly in a microwave. Add Grand Marnier and stir to combine. Using a pastry brush, gently glaze the tops of the fruit.
Ask a question about this stepPlace tart pan on a sided sheet pan to catch spilled juices.
Ask a question about this stepBake for one hour. Allow the tart to completely cool before removing the side of the pan.
